Main Walkthrough

A small side area dedicated to The Forces of Nature, three Legendary Pokémon that debuted in Black and White, Abundant Shrine is an easy spot to miss. Located near the Black City / White Forest exit of Route 14, this small area has a few trainers to battle and items to grab, along with some Pokémon you won't find elsewhere in the game. Worth the trip.

(Note: Technically you can reach Abundant Shrine before the post-game of Black 2 and White 2. You need HM Waterfall to get here, though, and that particular move won't wind up in your inventory until you're almost at the end of the game, so we've shoved this place in the post-game section.)

You'll see three young'uns talking when you enter Abundant Shrine. You can look around once they leave. If you swing west from the entrance you'll find the wrong side of a ledge, creating a dead end. Check the ground around the bottom of the ledge for a hidden Calcium. There's also a house, though the old man inside isn't much help.

Head north from the entrance of Abundant Shrine and you'll see a trainer patrolling at the top of some stairs. Look through the grass beside the dirt field to your right to find a hidden TinyMushroom. North of the trainer is a Shiny Stone.

Youngster Wes
  • Skorupi, level 39
  • Seviper, level 39
Reward: 624 P

The stairs lead to a dead end, so head back down and head west. There are a pair of trainers ahead. Wade through the grass to the left of them and the path will split. Going north will bring you to another trainer, while going south will take you to the ledge leading back to the entrance of Abundant Shrine.

Twins Rae & Ula
  • Swablu, level 38
  • Swablu, level 38
Reward: 608 P

Lass Lurleen
  • Deerling, level 39
  • Zangoose, level 39
Reward: 624 P

Look to the northeast of the field beside Lurleen for a Max Revive, then head north of Lurleen and up the stairs. The final trainer of the area is wandering around up here. To the east of the trainer is TM92 Trick Room, and hidden among the flowers to the northwest of the trainer is a Big Mushroom.

Youngster Jaye
  • Karrablast, level 37
  • Shelmet, level 37
  • Joltik, level 37
  • Scolipede, level 37
Reward: 592 P

North of Jaye is the actual shrine of Abundant Shrine. If you come here under normal circumstances you won't find anything. If, however, you bring a Landorus here in its Therian Forme, an old man will give you a Reveal Glass. Using it on Tornadus, Thundurus, and Landorus will allow you to change them back and forth between their Incarnate and Therian Formes.

Hop into the water to the east of the shrine. There's a Heal Ball sitting in plain sight on a nearby bank, and in the dark grass to the right of the water you'll find a Rare Candy. Check on the right side of the dirt field opposite the Rare Candy to find a hidden PP Max. There's a Breeder wandering here who will give you a Funfest Mission if you speak to him, as well.

One last thing: A Hidden Grotto. Look north of the right end of the water and you'll find the usual cluster of densely-packed trees. All done!
