Your relationship with Martha is coming along nicely, and there's no point in stopping now. Carry on befriending her as you did previously. Martha lives at the Lazy Bowl Tavern, and can be found working there most evenings. The rest of the day you'll find her in various spots throughout Moonbury Town, mostly by chance.
Once you've maxed out the third level of your relationship with Martha she'll leave a notice on the Bulletin Boards of Moonbury Town for you, inviting you to try out her cookies. Check out the Tavern between 12:00 and 20:00, any day of the week, to take her up on her offer. Despite the promise, however, Martha's attempts to make edible cookies have again failed. She also displays a fantastic mood swing, running away after telling you off.
Things get straightened out pretty quickly once the prank behind Martha's bad mood is laid bare, and the quest ends. You'll earn some rewards, and your relationship with Martha moves up into romance territory. The next quest in line: Mutual Feelings.
