A cave located in the post-game of Black 2 and White 2, Wellspring Cave is a tiny side route that's pretty easy to ignore. It's located on Route 3, west of the Day Care, and consists of a short jaunt through rocky terrain and some water traversal. You might as well dip inside, as you won't be here long.
Sitting beside the entrance is a Max Repel, on the other side of a ledge. Curve around the rocks as you head west and you'll be pulled back east. A trainer blocks your way.

Aaaaand that's it? Nope. There's plenty of water to traverse. Hop into the water in the west and sail to the other end of the cave. There's an Escape Rope that's guarded by another trainer, patrolling north to south and back again.

Follow the path in the west to the south. Head east and you'll find the stairs to the basement. This area is darkened, and if you want to get around more easily you'll want to use Flash to light your way. Start by hopping in the water on the right and riding it east. You'll find a Max Revive, as well as a ledge taking you back south.
Return to the entrance and follow the pathway north. You'll run into no less than three trainers on your way to the other side. You'll find a Protector in a pit to the right, a Carbos on the ridge just south of the Protector, and TM47 Low Sweep to the left of the northbound path.

Cross the water to the north and you'll run into a trainer when you hit land. To the left of him is a small patch of land against the cliffs where you'll find a hidden Ultra Ball, and in a corner to the right of him you'll find a Max Revive.

Up the stairs near Shaun you'll find TM52 Focus Blast. This is the final prize of Wellspring Cave, so you can turn around and head back out. Told you it was short.
