Located to the east of Striaton City, the Dreamyard has gone from one of the first places you visit in Unova to one of the last. You can only access the Dreamyard in Black 2 and White 2 once you've become the Champion. Head to Castelia City and you can begin the journey east, which will eventually bring you to the Dreamyard.

When you first arrive at the Dreamyard you'll be greeted by a flying Pokémon that will dart off. If you're playing Black 2 it will be Latios, while Latias will appear if you're playing White 2. You'll keep seeing the same dragon flitting about as you explore the Dreamyard.

There's a tree to Cut ahead. Slice it up and head north, into the ruins of the Dreamyard. In the grass on your left you'll find a Rare Candy, and if you check the wall just south of the stairs on your left you'll find TM85 Dream Eater. Climb the stairs and walk along the concrete paths to the west to find an Ultra Ball. If you walk to the far-right end of the concrete the Latios / Latias will show up and attack, and you can try to catch it. Once you've completed the battle a Soul Dew will appear nearby. This is an item to equip on your new Pokémon.

Head back to the entrance of the Dreamyard and, if need be, go back to Striaton City to heal. On the east side of the Dreamyard is a hole in the fence. To the north, hidden under the pathway that took you to Latios / Latias, is a Moon Stone. On the right is a path to the underground section of the Dreamyard.

You'll emerge in a basement full of trash and roaming trainers. Unlike most trainers this lot will spot you and run away, so if you don't want to fight you can make your way through this area without a scratch. There are two such trainers to the south, and the Scientist is patrolling near an HP Up.

The stairs here will bring you back to the surface level of the Dreamyard. To the left is a trainer standing guard over a broken kiln. Check the front of the kiln for a hidden PP Up. To the south is tall grass with another trainer.

Youngster Keita

School Kid Rita
  • Igglybuff, level 63
  • Lickilicky, level 63

Almost done. North of the stairs you'll see a boulder. Use Strength and you can push it to create a path back to the main road, and over to Striaton City. If you go down the stairs you'll be back in the basement, and you can find an Iron and a hidden Psychic Gem in the grass to the north. There are Pokémon you can catch down here, but they're the same as what you can catch outside - minus any in rustling grass. This grass doesn't move. You're better off hunting for Pokémon outside.
