After witnessing Nova's more sympathetic side you can get back to work befriending her. Nova's schedule remains the same as before, and the most predictable spot to find her is at Silky Stitch Tailor's in the middle of Moonbury Town. When Nova's not at work she's typically wandering around the south portions of Moonbury, though every now and then you'll see her up near the Church as well. (Which makes sense, given the last quest.)
Once you've maxed out the second level of your friendship with Nova she'll post a notice on the Bulletin Boards around town, asking someone to drop by her home and help her deal with unused clothes that she wants to give away. You are free to drop by between 16:00 and 21:00, any day but Saturday. Finish up the rest of your day and pay Nova a visit before heading home to bed, in other words. Her home is a short walk southeast of yours.
Pay Nova a visit and you'll find her and Dev sorting through her excessive amounts of clothes. Once Dev leaves Nova will ask for your assistance in repairing an old suit. She has a list of materials that she needs to set it to rights again:
- Five Premium Pelts. Premium Pelts are dropped by the Elder Wolves that patrol Glaze Iceberg.
- Five Orchids. Orchids grow a short walk northeast of the South of Glaze Iceberg Fast Travel point.
- Five Marigolds. Marigolds grow in a clearing south of the North of Glaze Iceberg Fast Travel point, on the far east side of the region.
Hand over the goods and Nova will get right to work. The next day you'll get a quest update to check in at Silky Stitch Tailor's between 11:00 and 17:00.
Pay the shop a visit and Nova will explain the importance of the suit, and thank you for your help. Your relationship with her will jump up to the third level, and you'll receive a small fee for your help.
